I have an Aircel data connection from last 3 years and regular on bill payments. In July 2015, the bill arises Rs. 3800 for data charges in roaming without any prior notice. My plant is for Rs. 200 per month and credit limit is Rs. 1200 and security deposit is Rs. 500 only. They have disconnected my connection also and demanding the due bill regularly.
