Dear Sir ,
With reference to above subject. I have submitted a application for transfer of my
PF amount from PF A/C NO-17279/381 to DL26649/54. and I have received a letter
dt-11/6/10 from your office for the same. As per your letter you have mention wrong
A/c no on the letter ( UP-17249/381) and I have not received the transfer amount in
my PF a/c till now.
Further request you to please check at your end or transfer my PF amt to my new PF
A/c no. DL-2689/4351 as soon as possible.
