I have retail shop for which I had taken an agency for mobile recharge from the company \"Pay Point India Pvt ltd\" but since they fail to provide me the proper service so I requested them to refund my Rs.11,000 but now they say there is no refund policy. So I am loging complaint against Pay Point India Pvt Ltd
