Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the personal loan taken from the company Fullerton India, I am lodging this serious complain. I had paid advance EMI of 70000/- against the total principal due of 89000/(this was what I was informed by their branch office by a person called Biswajeet Mondal.). Till december 2015, I am not supposed to pay the monthly EMI of Rs. 5110-Confirmed repetedly from a collection agent Sangita(9007087407). She also assured of the procedure. However, for the last few days I am receiving collection call unnecessarily to clear off my monthly EMI. I described them the entire sitiation and they are now stating that the system is not showing any deposit of 70000. I require immediate justice to this act of absolute non-sense. Please call tomorrow between 2:00 to 4:00 to discuss further. The repeated threatening and harassing calls need to be stopped immediately. I dont know how these so called financial institutes are engaged in act of burglary. Justice needed!!!
