My brother was serving with afcons infrastructure ltd and died while serving with the company. His death was occurred on 02 Jun 2013 and all the documents related to claim EPF and PPf pensions for dependents (i.e. Parents) was submitted at two years ago. Still the claim or the pension has not been settled down and no response from either the company or from the epf office mumbai region. His EPF account Number was MH2080254246 and his name was chopdar vishal sabarmal. In this connection may i request you or your organisation to take necessary action or show me a suitable way to get the claim and pension. Thank you
