Indecent behavior During home delivery: this is an indecent of 23rd aug 2015 where in we ordered home deliver of food from Bawarchi restaurant, 58/1 central road, jadavpur, kolkata 32, during which certain home deliver guy named ujjwal called us during address verification couldn't get it properly, so while putting down the phone he used indecent words in local language. We immediate;y complained about the whole matter in Bawarchi helpline,who put a complete deaf ear to our grievance, and deined to extend any support.our point of grievance is : why these so called famed restaurants put of with home deliverer service if they are not professionally equipped with it & carry on service with complete unprofessional illiterate guys who don't even have the courtesy to speak to customers. our point of grievance is: requesting a kin intervention of the consumer forum so that customers like us dont get harassed while taking customized services from this well known restaurants.
