Consumer Redressal

I bought a product from ebay on 12thAug15 vide pay id 40079517196 and Item ID-141725582252. I received the same on 18thAug15 and upon checking found it is not satisfactory so I registered claim via claimID-1180546 but the same rejected and they are not giving my money back. As per policy if consumer return product within 30 days of buy he is eligible for refund value. Kindly look into same and registed claim agianst ebay directors and register claim aginst them. I am more eager to meet them and ask them for refund of all such claims rejected by ebay and band on ebay for not selling product in india
