Consumer Redressal

I am lodging my complaint for the second time. Pls sir help the consumers if you have open this redressal forum. I bought a product ear cleaning machine from onlinestation.in they delivered me damaged product. Inspite if many complaints through calls and emails...those people are not responding. Pls help me out it is not a matter of rs 1250/- but a believe in online shopping. I request everyone not to buy anything from onlinestation.in they are the biggest fraud people.
