I placed a prepaid order "Round Neck T-Shirt,Puma",Order no-150808141581879,Tracking Id-25260441 with Online Retailing Shop www.jabong.com on 8th Aug.However I couldn't receive my order yet.
Courier Service "GoJavas" was the responsible party to deliver the order on behalf of Jabong. According to Jabong Representative,their Courier Sevice's vendor has already delivered it to some other customer named "Anuj Kumar Singh".
On my calling back to Jabong Comsumer Complaint Dept,Company came up with their findings that their vendor has shipped it to some other customer named "Anuj Kumar Singh".
As I had mentioned "Anuj Singh" as my name in Shipping Adress column, Jabong shouldn't have handed it over to some other customer.Therefore I hereby request to take appropriate actions
against Jabong.com and help me avail with my refund back at its earliest. Please do the needful and Oblige.
