sir i have buyed i ball mobile from star cj networks pvt. limited.but they sold me defective product.i have send my mobile 3 times to service center but problem still not resolve.ist there is only touch problem 2nd battery not charging phone & 3rd phone not reading memory card & now phone autumatically gets switch of due to this problem kindly take strict action againest company
