Consumer Redressal

This is in regards to a complaint against VODAFONE for billing dispute which I have raised on 8th of Aug'15. I have received an intimation on 5th Aug'15 that my total outstanding amount is around Rs.1,800 but on the next day which is my bill generation date, I have received a bill of Rs.3,603. This alarmed me. I have been using this post paid number 9051063915 for 7 long years but never checked my bill but this time I was a bit inquisitive. Untill now I have not received any resolution and the manipulated bill is debited from my account. I have called the customer service umpteen times but to no avail. I even spoke with the managers named Abdul Wasim and Pankaj Jaiswal but they bluntly said that they can't help me.The most shocking part is that they have admitted that there is an inflation in the bill for around Rs.1,200 but they didn't resolve it and every time I call them, the representatives put my call on long hold and disconnected the call in the most unprofessional way..
