I have deposited my Micromax Phone having model number Knight A350 ( IMEI number 911357701736078&911357701889075) to M/S S.S.Comunication,73 Nilachal Complex P.O. Narendrapur PS:-Sonarpur Kolkata-700153 on 10th Aug 2015. The set was having charging problem .They have received the phone on 10th Aug 2015 and gave me JOB Sheet number as 0815-18469414. I have called several times Not pickup my phone the status but I have not received any proper information except saying it will take time and I may get the phone after 20 days. But no proper information was given to me. Already 12 days is going to pass and I have not received my phone.And Micromax head office says need to repair the cell phone more then twenty to twenty days. As you all know how important is a cell phone now a days and I am facing lots of problem due to this. please help
