i purchased a baby electric sterlizer brand ME ME from first cry shop M/S VIVAAN ENTERPRISES 46B/B gandhi nagar jammu for amount of rupees 2970.75 vide voucher number 1993 dated 23/07/2015.The said item got stop functioning after 2 days from the date of purchase i was assured from the retailer that said item is under warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.I returned the item to the retailer same day and asked him to give a replacement but he denied to do so. Since i needed this item very desperately for my newborn babies i had to buy a new one from another retailer.Since it is now one month the retailer has not refunded the amount as i did not need the sterlizer as a i bought a new one considering the requirement for my babies the retailer has not given me the receipt of the return item on the ground that its against company policy.In the context of the statement given above i beg to lodge a compliant aganist the retailer who supplied me the defective sterlizer.
