Hello,
Purchased a product from eBay.in. Even after a 12 days I have still not received my product. Contacted several times but no one is responding in proper manner.

This is so disgusting that even after a week I have still not received my product. When I called my local trackon courier branch they said 'might be they have sent the product by train this is why we have still not received the product, they still have no information about this and they provided me New Delhi branch phone number 011-45593500. I called hundred times them but they are not answering the phone.
I am really fed-up and upset with this behavior of the seller and the courier company. Please let me know the resolution I am ready to cancel the order and ready to take a legal action against seller, courier and ebay. I won't order again from this seller and ebay
