I had buy some ayurveda medicine from Herbal Point on Orphangang Road Khiddirpur amount of rs8500 for my metarnal uncle on13/08/2015. But in the mean time on 15/08/15 died in their own house.on 18/08/15 I was visited to this shop and asked for refund this amount.But owner of that shop not willing to refund my money. Only he can exchanged the medicine with other medicine.I am not agreed with him.I have original cash memo and prescription also.if any way to refund many? If possble then what I have to do?
