Sir,
1. My name is Sukhpal Nagar and serving in Indian army. I'm being harassed by snapdeal online services agency. I have booked hero splendor ismart bike on 01 Aug 2015 by paying advance Rs 3000. They have given delivery date for bike on 08 Aug 2015. But till date, no confirmation about delivery of bike or dealer's address has been received. I am contacting them daily but they said repeatedly that delivery of bike is delayed by hero Motocorp and not by them.
2. In view of the above, you are requested to despatch the address of the dealer on priority so that I can get my bike.
