Consumer Redressal

Fraud Online web. I have placed an order (Order Id - 22600578589 Order Date - 14-Aug-2015 Order Time - 10:08 PM Amount - 7234.00) when they have given an consumer offer @12% for health, beauty products from 14th to 17 th august, but they have cancelled my oreder on 18th August after four days of placing my order. I asked them the reason for cancellation, they replied this is bulk order. I told them was there any terms and condition, was there any order limit? they replied no but they cannot process the order as they think that is bulk order. There were a option available to order for relative, friend and others. So I have collected many orders from our native relative and others and placed together. I have asked them why they have not informed me before? But while I have contacted sastasundar (health buddy) durgapur office they told me i can make bulk order. Then where is my fault?
