I have purchased an A.C. 1.5 T Five Star from Lotus Electronics on dated 30.04.15 make - Vise(Videocon).I have lodge the complain on dated 08.08.15 for no cooling of a.c. but problem has not resolved by videocon even though company staff attended three times and i am contineously touch with customer care and service centre. But they people making fool and in this weather how iwe are suffering with hot weather.

The service of this company is extreme poor and bad at Capital of C.G. i.e. in Raipur.
