Hi, I bought the Micromax Handset A104 on October 2014 and since a month I was facing a problem with the touch screen "menu/back" button. I have planned to visit the Micromax service center Satguru Communication, Shop No-1, 1st Floor, Veerbhadra Complex, Noida Sector 27, Noida - 201301. I have been told by technician that the touch will get replaced and it would take a week time. Please see the Job order number for your reference: N040439-0815-18338834 (on the name of Arvind Nagar) Since then I am doing followups with the above service center and they people always says that it would take another 6-7 days time to get it reapaired. I would like to ask you people that this kind of service micromax is providing to its existing loyal customers and now I am fed up and I won't recommend it to other people to buy a pathetic service Micromax phone. I won't buy another Micromax phone and this definitely intern would ruin your image in near future.
