My name is Rishi Yagnik, bought a flat in Monarch Greesnscapes in April 2014 from Monarch Universal Private Limited, since then builder is not allowing us to register our flats.builders are absconding and recovery agent is coming forward to leave our allotment on flats. This is the case with 100 end users, we are seeking government help to resolve this issue.
