I had ordered a book costing Rs.1081/- thru' Bookadda.com on 20th July 2015 which was supposed to be shipped within 3 days as per the order confirmation. The amount was paid thru' Netbanking.As it did not get shipped even after 13 days, I wrote to them cancelling the order on 3/8/2015, which they confirmed on the same day. However, I have not received refund till date and there is no response from their customer support by email or phone about my refund.
