Blue Dart couriers docket no:58702995536 The consignment was given for booking by surface mode.But the courier booked it by Air mode and took it through surface mode and charged the freight on Air mode
We have not paid for the same .But the courier is not delivering further consignments booked from various other destinations compelling us to pay for the mentioned docket.Kindly advise
