I have an ICICI Bank credit card for more than 10 years. I have always paid my card bill in full before the due date. But during the month of June the payment was got delayed by 3 days and the charged late payment of 500 with tax. The amount was reduced to 350 with tax and forced me to pay the amount. I have explained to them the reason for late payment and even requested them to consider the track record and it was one time event etc. But irrespective of all this they were harassing and forced me to pay otherwise more charges will be levied. I have stopped using the card and paid all the bills us per their wish. Please help me in recovering the bill.
