Dear Sir I had placed an online order for a Earth-Red Chanderi Sari with Printed Flowers All-Over with item code being SDD87 on the website of Exotic India with option of cash on delivery payment mode. The price of the product was Rs.2165/-. This order was placed by me in the last week of July 2015. On 14th August I received the packet through the post peon and I was horrified to find the packet containing piece of sack and old piece of cloth in place of the saree that I had ordered for. I immediately called up the number +91-9953839642 provided on exoticindia website and informed the person at the other end about being cheated. This person gave me his whatsapp number and asked me to send the picture of the product received by me. The whatsapp number was +91-9811084062. I immediately texted him on whatsapp the pictures of the packet and whatever was inside. After doing all this there has been response from the company nor even acknowledgment of the mail that I had send them with photo
