sir i have a complaints against TATA SKY DTH as they have credited from my account without any information, complaining them they told me that crediting of money is due to a visit for a technician on last sunday 08/08/15 but the problem that occured was made by them itself so why should i pay for that.
so sir with prior concern please help me to solve my problem.
