Dear Sir,
We did the maintenance of our voltas Aircon by their authorised device centre Singh enterprises dated 28th April 2015 vide receit no. 308.
In the month of July ac have the cooling problem and we login the complain on 17th july 2015 vide request number 15071700274. We got a message on 7th August that problem is resolved by voltas without coming to our house, immodestly we send a mail to them and inform it was not solved.After repeatedly request by telephone nobody come to us to attend the problem.
Please advise us how solve the problem.
