Consumer Redressal

This is in regards to my Order ID TOD100723176. I purchased 3 pair of shoes from tolexo ordered in first week of June 2015-08-14 I informed of the poor unacceptable quality of shoes immediately on receipt by mail as well by call to Tolexo on 15 June 2015. was done on 3-07-2015 at 12.30 pm. After 18 days since 15 june the shoes replacement was requested. After a Month co. informed the vendor stopped making this Shoes .. I gave thyem other 4 shoes option ... But NO RESPONSE.. After that I am constantly following up today Mr Tyagi from 0120 6643200 call and and he ask me as if making fun .. that sir the shoes are received by you No?...he disconnects the phone... .You can feel them making fun I want company is penalized for their irresponsible and cheating attitude I can share SEVERAL mails send to TOLEXO .. which itself will prove the companies attitude and behaviour It 2.5 month Following .. NO RESPONE Await your guidance to proceed further in the same
