I have insured my phone samsung galaxy s5 through apps daily. And my case is kept on hold since last 1 month even after submitting all the needed documents from my side and they are not even responding how much time will they take for releasing the order from their side and they aren't committing from their side how much time will they take to approve payment to samsung service centre. Only response i am getting from their side is they have kept my case on investigation and they cant even tell the reason for that.
