Consumer Redressal

I had taken a personal Loan from Bajaj FInserv Lending in 2012 and chose to pay from CITIbank account. In 2014 the CITIbank account closed the monthly EMIs bounced. I paid off the bounced charges as well as the pending EMIs and also gave a cancelled cheque of another active bank account. Unfortunately, the representative could not setup the EMI and got the bounce charges waived off. He later requested me to pay in cash instead of by EMI and promised that he would get the bounced charges waived off. Later I paid off the entire installment to foreclose the loan minus the bounced charges as was promised. Now BAJAJ FINSERV LENDING is asking me to pay the bounced charges. I would like to get this approach of business policies complained about.
