I Sajal Kumar left my previous employer (Lanco Infratech Limited) on August 2009. My employee code was 601838. and i was posted at site addressed Sy.No. 201, Manikonda Khajaguda Village, Nanakramguda Post, Hyderbad - 500008, Andhra Pradesh. After this, for withdrawal of my EPF, I did many telephonic as well as written conversations with Lanco Infratech Ltd. But no necessary action taken by the employer till date.
My P.F. No. is AP/29941/4654. and S.B. account no. of AXIS BANK (008010101700833). But presently this saving bank account is not in operation (Dead). Hence i request you to kindly transfer my EPF balance in my new SBI account No. 30896306740 of Reckong Peo branch, Himachal Pradesh with IFSC code SBIIN0004335.
Sir Kindly take necessary action at the earliest please.
