My Electrolux refrigerator was malfunctioning and the authorised service centre repaired the fridge with a duplicate sensor and the ferigerator started giving more troubles. Now they are asking for Rs.4000 for rectifying the defect caused by their fault. The company does not give the address of their service team or any postal address. They provide service on customer care number request. Only the mobile number of the service personnel is provided.
Please help as what can be done.
