i have purchage product online from shopclues.com on 27July,2015.i have recieved it but some any reason i put request to replace the product. shopclues team has confirmed that product will be replaced and send it to back us. after sending product shopclues has not provided replacement and they have have cancelled the order and process it for refund without my confirmation. even after number of communication and mails
