I ordered a pair of shoe on tolexo site & on receipt of shoes I immediately contacted your call center & which is very well in between 15 days & when no one responded than I called up again who adviced to write an email!!
I am sure that we do have quality department on your help desk therefore you can check with your records about the same.
This is not a matter of my few hundered rupees however if in this case it seems you had made up your mind to cheat people than its my duty to report immediately to authorities for needful.
