tailor made group Medi claim policy of rs 1.50 Lakh associated with MD india pvt ltd a TPA firm for United india insurance FY 2014-15 approx 1.17 Lakh benefit of medical treatment avail & on 13th May received rs 13215/- agnt. claim of 26067/-.,summation of which is approx.1.31 L.
2)the policy sum insured is 1,50000/-in claim payment statement amt of rs.10852/- deducted giving reason of BSI Exhausted???
3)company neither giving answer over BSI exhausted nor communicating in this regard . pls help
