Consumer Redressal

i ordered a sandisk class4 microsdhc 8gb from askmebazaar.com order id 4144329 on 18.07/2015.The price shown was 315 rupees after 43% discount .On receiving the product on 24/07/2015, i found that the mrp on the packet is 299 rupees.I contacted the company via email and they said that money cannot be refunded.I think this is totally a bad marketing policy and they are cheating the customers by overcharging a product.Kindly help me so that the misleading ads do not harass any customers. Actualyy the company is not giving any discount but overcharging on mrp which is not acceptable.Kindly take steps against askmebazaar.com so that customers like us are not cheated.Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Ranjan Kumar Saha
