I had purchased insurance from appsdaily for my mobile HTC desire 516.My mobile was damaged and I submitted the claim and all the documents have been submitted. Ref. no / Intimation ID is AD_D_250615_2610916.Now they are delaying the things on one pretext or the other and in the last communication they are telling that the documents provided are not from Authorised service center.Please help me in getting the claim
