IFB washing machine has issues. We called customer care for repairing. Service person came to our place made us buy AMC, fixed the problem temporarily. but in a day bigger problem occured in the machine. person came he was not able to rectify the problem. We have been calling 10 to 15 times a day since last 5 days but they are making false promses that some one would come and fix the problem and this is how they are quietly and shamelessly harrassing us.
