I had purchased two "Wonderchef Essenza Italiana Pressure Cooker" online, 1. Homeshop18.com order number:948127895 order date:Thursday, July 3, 2014 2. snapdeal.com order number:2302242781 order date:Thursday, June 21, 2014 The cooker lid was not working for both cookers after some time.While cooking food in cooker, steam blows out from the ring area and this is very risky using cooker.I had raised this concern with wonderchef customer care.after some time The cooker lid was replaced.But the new replaced lid had same problem.Now wonderchef is not helping in this matter. I had already raised compaint on "consumerredressal forum", after than i was contacted by snapdeal and homeshop18,saying that they will not help in this matter, i need to reachout to Wonderchef. Requesting your to help in this matter. This product comes with 5 years warranty.
