Consumer Redressal

My name is Ajay Yadav, And I purchased a flat 3314/B ChanderLok Co-Operative Housing society, Gurgaon through ICICI bank jHandelwalan, New Delhi auction dated 04 Aug 2012.(Auction held as per DRT-II order ) in 37 Lakhs And the bank handed over to me the house keys and a sale deed document and asked to get in touch with society/registrar to get this transfer to my name. But when I approached to society, society denied to transfer by saying that owner of the property has done a fraud with society and they have a pending dues of approx. 15 Lakhs So until they do not get there money , they will not transfer. Bank on this said, you can approach to court, we have sold to it to you, you can approach to court. now sir it has been around one year and neither I got society flat nor my money back. kindly suggest.
