Sir
I had purchased a shoe from REGENT shoes shop at 15/2 jawaharlal nehru road, gran hotel shopping arcade on 27/07/2015 bill no k1s15/5104 for rs 3995.00 paid through my debit card. Within 12 days the sole of the shoe got broken and the inside body of the shoe skin peeling off. On complaint to the shop on 7/08/2015 they refused to replace the shoe and also did not accept that the shoe could be in that condition. In directly they said that the shoe was not the one they sold to me. I feel cheated by them. Secondly by saying that the shoe was not the one they sold to me they mean that I am lying to them.
Please tell me what should I do to get justice
