I am to inform you that BSNL PATNa WYMAX No-BB10012554 service is not available since last 7(Seven) days.I have complaint it at Rajendranagar Exchange Office so many times, but no response. Contacted person 1. Mr. Rajesh Kumar -9431020331, 2. Umesh Kumar -9431000770, 3. Kanhaiya Prasad-9431200766, 4. Server Room - 06122270555. They all are throwing responsibility on others, but giving no solution at all. All the payment are made by me in time, no dues pending.
