I recharge my mobile 9062861114 online from https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/online-recharge of Rs.102 on dt 04.08.2015 time 18:13:39 vide transaction ID: DBBR3943783267, but till now I not receive any call reduce benefit as per recharge plan or SMS (recharge done). The above amount is debit from my account. I was complained in your Sr. customer care but they not solve this problem & I also sent complain in your online web with my register mobile no till now I not receive any response vide complain no: E1-48172743399 & 1-5876474872. I have all details for this payment like bank Statement, Idea Payment Receipt, transaction Details Debit Part.
