Sir,
I have shoped online one samsung mobile from paytm ,that product was tammperd (i. e its box was tampared ) was was deffective nd knw when i was filled complain witb paytm vide ticet no 110838041, they were telling me to go service centre istead of chamging my phone ,i hav filled compalaint to paytm jus after 1 day of reciving my delivery of hamdset .sir kindy do needful for me
