Consumer Redressal

I am customer of state bank of India, branch ambikapur chhattisgarh, I was withdraw 300 from Dena bank ATM Raipur on 09/02/2015 but money was debited and transaction was unsuccessful, After try many attempted i got money on 05/03/2015. and i have send mail to GM of SBI but they did not reply me for any action which have to take by them. kindly do some need full
