Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Mam, This is monika W/o Ricky Dhariwal permanent resident of bahadurgarh, Haryana want to complain against the hospital management of Life care hospital in bahadurgarh. The case is that i have got the baby on 24/05/2015 by surgical delivery the hospital gave me the slip of online birth registration. but when i approach to local municipality at bahadurgarh they said that they have not received any document from hospital side and when i again approach to hospital they said they dont have online system at that time but they have charge me for that service at the time of discharge. please help me out because they are denying me regarding the same.
