I had purchased mobile phone from Sony World Chembur in March 2015. At that time 5% cash back offer was in place from SBI credit card. I was told same would be debited to my card in 90 days.
Since sum was not credited to me, I lodged a complaint in July 2015. However query was not resolved. I have complained in last 15 days via sms, e-mail and telephonically but they have now stopped responding .
My complaint number is 1-2329220533 . I got a message 10 days back ststing my complaint has been resolved. What action was taken is not mentioned. Please help me follow up as they have now stopped responding to my query.
