Sir, I have purchased JM watches vide order no. AB1656894 of dated 21.03.2015, AWD 17588966 from Askme.com. Which was received in broken condition and reverse pickup was done on 14.04.2015 against my complaint QRC293065. after that i am following up for my refund which is pending till 04.08.2015 besides my number of mails/ complaints. It was informed me that my refund was processed on 11.06.15 that has not received to me till now and i have also sent my bank statement number of times to them, confirming that the payment is not received to me.
Please help me in getting my refund. My last complaint no. is QRC33540261/ 06.07.15
