Dear Sir,
I had taken 2 VODAFONE Postpaid numbers 8336008827 & 8336008828 as per Red4Business_1599 & Red4Business_999 plans respectively where data charges post free data usage was 4p/10KB, but without my approval they shifted my plan to Red4Business_New_999 & Red4Business_New_1599 respectively and charged me premium rates post free limit. Now they are forcing me to pay the extra amount and had restricted my all services for both numbers.
Also they are activating different services like "Glamour Zone " pack without my concent.
Kindly help to resolve the same and oblige
