Dear Sir
I have lodged complaint against warranty claim of my Exide Inverter batteries. But not getting any response from Exide. Every time they asked me about my complaint no. , but after that no one came to me to attend my problem.
Description of Problem is My Inverter batteries not giving back up.
First time only they have attended my complaint, they charged the batteries and returned back to me. But again the same problem comes, they are not responding.
Plz help me out to resolve my issue with Exide & replace batteries under warranty claim.
