Consumer Redressal

My rliance Big tv smart card no is 200591060910.I had given a complaint to customer care regarding HD channels problem.They sent the technician he didn't attend the problem and went back stating that he will bring the set top box.He didn't come and the problem still persist.But they deducted Rs 500.Whe i contacted customer care they deucted the amount because they replaced the set top box.I inform them regarding non replacement.they take complaint to refund the amount , but they didn't.I contacted customer care several times the answer was same but problem is not solved.Till the HD channels are not availble.I spend my precious time to 9 so many hours from last 15 days)to contat custemer care.But hte reult is nill. Please do the need full.
